2025 Fall Release!

2025 Fall Release!

Welcome to Broken Glass Wines!

At Broken Glass Wines, we don't take ourselves too seriously - we believe that wine is meant to be fun! Our goal is to create wines that invite everyone to the table, whether you’re a seasoned connoisseur or just beginning to explore the world of wine. We’re committed to sustainable practices and making wine accessible without sacrificing quality (this is admittedly HARD, but we are committed).

The Story Behind Broken Glass

The name Broken Glass is a nod to the idea of seeing the glass as half full, even when life doesn’t go as planned. After being laid off from my corporate job, I found myself at a crossroads. Instead of seeing it as the end of a chapter, I chose to view it as an opportunity to chase a dream that had always been in the back of my mind—starting my own wine business.

My journey began with hands-on learning as a winemaking intern, where I got to experience the art and science behind every bottle. From sorting fruit to endless punchdowns and the glorious smells of fermentation, I discovered the magic of turning grapes into something that brings people together. Broken Glass is the culmination of that journey, and I’m so excited to share it with you.

Our 2025 Fall Release

I am pleased to announce that we have 3 wines available this fall! My first wine was a 2023 Pinot Noir from Sonoma County - a nod to my roots. I grew up in Sonoma County, and my first wine jobs were in Sonoma... come to think of it, ALL of my wine jobs have been in Sonoma! What can I say, I'm a Sonoma girly. I began appreciating wine while studying Viticulture in Burgundy, France, the summer after my freshman year of college. It felt fitting that my first wine was a Pinot Noir. In addition to this Pinot, there are two 2024 wines in the mix, a Cabernet Franc and a Chardonnay (another classic Burgundy varietal!)

Introducing “Everybody Wins”: Our 2023 Carneros Pinot Noir

Our debut wine, “Everybody Wins,” is a 2023 Los Carneros Pinot Noir that embodies the spirit of Broken Glass. Sourced from the renowned Los Carneros AVA, this Pinot Noir is crafted to be approachable, vibrant, and full of character—just like the brand itself. It's delightful and is truly is a wine for everyone to enjoy!

Expect notes of bright cherry, red currant, and a hint of earthiness that makes this wine a versatile companion for any occasion. Whether you’re celebrating a milestone or unwinding after a long day, “Everybody Wins” is here to remind you that joy is meant to be shared.

2024 'Hard Launch' Cabernet Franc + 'Never Say Never' Chardonnay

Both of these are from Santa Barbara county from organically farmed vineyards. These have been made with the upmost care, are unfined and unfiltered, fermented with native yeast, and drinking deliciously.

Meet our 2024 'Hard Launch' Cab Franc from Los Olivos: juicy waves of raspberry, cherry, and plum crash into a hit of thyme, violet, and a whisper of peppery spice. Smooth, bright, and a little wild - it’s the kind of bottle that keeps the conversation (and the pour) flowing.

Our 2024 'Never Say Never' Chardonnay from Sta Rita Hills is crisp, crushable, and seriously vibey. This isn't your aunts buttery chard - think lemon zest, green apple, and stone fruit all wrapped in a silky, refreshing zippy, sip. It’s bright enough for beach days, classy enough for dinner parties, and cheeky enough to drink straight from the bottle (we won’t judge). We never expected to make a Chardonnay - we know this can be a polarizing grape - but when this fruit came along we just couldn't resist!
