Aged 6 months in 67% neutral French oak, this wine walks the line between bright and plush. It’s got the crispy, crushable freshness you want on a sunny afternoon, with just enough roundness to keep things interesting. Think green apple, fragrant stone fruits and zippy citrus, with crisp, dry acidity, it’s pure sunshine in a bottle.

All of our wines are from single vineyards, spontaneously fermented with native yeast and remain unfined and unfiltered. We practice low intervention winemaking and add minimal sulfur, allowing the excellence of the fruit and terroir shine through. These grapes were organically farmed, and the wine is vegan!
